Mr. Moore has been involved in the real estate information services industry since 1987, holding Texas state licenses as a Real Estate Inspector and Real Estate Agent. Mr. Moore began his career as an apprentice Real Estate Appraiser and in Special Flood Hazard Determinations. In 1991 Mr. Moore joined Flood Data Services, Inc. as the Director of Compliance where he established the Client Services and Dispute Resolution Divisions. In 1998 Mr. Moore served as the Vice President and Operations Director for First American Nationwide Documents.
In 1998 Mr. Moore joined Fidelity National Flood as the Vice President of Compliance again overseeing the Client Services, Dispute Resolution and Life of Loan divisions. Mr. Moore achieved his national accreditation as a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) from the Texas Floodplain Managers Association (TFMA). As an active TFMA member Mr. Moore served as the Corporate Industries Chairman and was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Floodplain Determination Association.
At the June 1999 FEMA National Flood Insurance Program annual conference, Mr. Moore received the Roy T. Short Memorial Award from the National Lenders Insurance Council for “Innovative and inspiring leadership in assisting lenders and servicers in reducing flood losses”. The first time such an award was given to someone in the flood hazard determination industry.
In 2000 Mr. Moore accepted the position as the Franchise Sales Director for Cendant Corporations in expanded the Century 21 Real Estate Services Division. In 2002 Mr. Moore joined First Lenders Data, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Moore was again recruited in 2004 to continue his career path in the real estate information services industry in the capacity of a Mortgage Banker/Licensed Loan Officer for Iwayloan, L.P.
In 2009 Mr. Moore joined I.H.S Mortgage and he continues to find the most reliable and innovative methods to serve the mortgage industry. Refinancing homes or a new home purchase, Home equity loans or commercial properties, Mr. Moore has the experience not only to guide his clients through the loan process but to provide them a personal and professional relationship.
