Jan is a native Texan who moved to Austin with her two children, Sarah and Scott, in 2004. It's no secret that the Austin area is noted for their friendly way. Jan and her family quickly settled in and call this area home.

Jan decided to enter the Mortgage business in 2003, after working for a developer in the Houston area. "I worked in every aspect of the home building process from scheduling the pouring of the foundation to the sale of the home. I was very disappointed in the service that clients received in the lending process." That is when she decided to take her many years of public relations and customer service experience to the loan process. A great communicator, Jan knows that she made the right choice for her clients as well as herself.
